1. Services Provided: Our wedding planning services encompass design, planning, and management of your wedding event. We will work closely with you to understand your preferences, requirements, and vision for your special day. Our goal is to create a memorable and well-organized wedding experience.
2. Client Responsibilities: As the client, you are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding your preferences, budget, and any specific requirements for the wedding. It is essential to communicate openly and honestly to ensure the best possible outcome. You are also responsible for promptly settling all payments as agreed upon.
3. Wedding Budget: We will work within the agreed-upon budget to the best of our ability. However, it is important to note that unforeseen circumstances or changes to your requirements may incur additional costs. We will discuss any significant changes to the budget with you before proceeding.
4. Vendor Selection and Coordination: We will assist you in selecting and coordinating various vendors for your wedding, including but not limited to venues, caterers, DJs, and florists. While we strive to recommend reliable and reputable vendors, the final decision rests with you. We will not be held liable for any actions, services, or products provided by third-party vendors.
5. Payment: Our fee structure will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. We may charge either a percentage of the total wedding cost or a flat fee. A deposit may be required to secure our services, with the remaining balance due at a specified time. Late payments may result in additional charges or the cancellation of our services.
6. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation, any deposits made are non-refundable. Depending on the stage of planning, additional fees may apply for work already completed or commitments made to vendors on your behalf. We will work with you to find an equitable solution in such cases.
7. Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality services, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to vendor actions, natural disasters, accidents, or any other unforeseen events.
8. Confidentiality: We will treat all information shared by you as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Legal Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the legal requirements of the country where your wedding will be held, including documentation and paperwork related to your marriage. We can provide guidance and assistance, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.
10. Amendment of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or through our website.
